14 new resident cases, 7 non-resident cases today

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Wednesday report of the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services showed 792 resident and 136 non-resident cases of COVID-19 in Alaska since the pandemic began.

    The report showed 507 cases are now listed as recovered and 273 are active.

    64 people have been hospitalized during the pandemic, 12 people have died, and there are 16 people currently hospitalized or considered a person under investigation for having the virus.

    The state reported over 96,000 tests have been administered in the state.

    Southeast Alaska has 83 resident cases with 17 active, and 20 non-resident cases with 14 active.

    Juneau remained at 39 cases with four active.
