DHSS reports 21 new resident cases of COVID-19

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Department of Health and Social Services reported 21 new in-state-resident cases of COVID-19 on Monday morning.

    That makes for a total of 904 cases so far. The total of non-resident cases rose to 183 on Monday.

    The new cases are in Anchorage, the Kenai, Mat-Su, Nome, and Fairbanks.

    So far, 44 residents from Juneau have tested positive for COVID-19 since March.

    There are 365 active cases with 525 recovered.
