Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported Sunday that 27 Alaska residents and five non-residents have tested positive for COVID-19.
The report showed a total of 1,138 cases of Alaskan residents who have tested positive.
There have been 235 non-resident cases, an increase of five over Saturday.
One of the new non-resident cases was reported in Petersburg, related to the seafood industry.
Juneau remains at 45 cases, while Ketchikan holds steady at 22. Sitka has 13 cases. Petersburg has five in-state cases, while Prince of Wales and Haines both remain at two cases each.
