Grand jury returns five indictments

    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A grand jury indicted suspects no cahrges that range from felony theft to sexual assault on Thursday, court records show.

    Matthew Dominesey, 42, was indicted on a charge of theft in the second degree for an incident on October 9, 2019.

    John Audley Jameel Jackson, 26, was indicted on charges that include assault in the second degree, six counts of assault in the fourth degree, and two counts of assault in the third degree for an incident on July 18, 2019.  The court documents state Jackson used his hands, a knife, a stool, and a chair to injure other people.

    Angela Bell, 32 was indicted on a charge of robbery in the second degree for an incident reported on May 19.

    Zackery Martin, 30, was indicted on a charge of sexual assault in the second degree for an alleged incident on May 23.

    Christian Appoldt, 40, was indicted on charges of assault in the second degree and assault in the third degree for an incident on March 11.
