More details released on Fujimori arrest

    Hiawatha, Kansas (KINY) - Juneau Police captured a man wanted for sexual exploitation of a child charges in Kansas. Officials said the case involved child pornography.

    Kekoa Fujimori, 24 was held at Lemon Creek Correctional on a $100,000 bond.

    The Hiawatha World reported Fujimori is contesting extradition back to Kansas.

    He is currently charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

    The newspaper also reported Fujimori is a former special education paraprofessional at Hiawatha Elementary School.

    Brown County Attorney Kevin Hill said no students have reported being a victim of Fujimori.

    Juneau Police got a tip that Fujimori was working at a local mine and located him at a hotel located in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway late Tuesday.
