Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - A high wind warning has been issued for Juneau.
The National Weather Service says it is in effect until 9 p.m.
Southeast winds 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts to 60 are expected.
The weather service warns that the damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. It says widespread power outages are possible and travel will be difficult, especially for what it describes as high profile vehicles.
