Police Lieutenant Jeremy Weske provided the update while a guest on Action Line.  "I'm happy to be able to report that we finished our investigation.  We developed a suspect and sent the case to the DA's office."

The lieutenant added that he's not sure what will happen at this point.

The DA will now review the case and determine whether charges should be pursued and take them to the Grand Jury if that determination is made. The person's name has not been released at this report.

The fire call came in at 3:29 that Saturday morning.

Seven vehicles were damaged.  The main carport was a total loss.

One resident complained to us that a homeless person was found sleeping in the carport area previously and was chased off several times.
