    Juneau, Alaska (KINY) - The Juneau Gastineau Channel Little League Minors (8-10 year olds) and Majors (10-12 years olds) softball All-Star teams shared some of their favorite things before heading off to tournament action.

      Listen to the GCLL Minors:

      The GCLL Minors (8-10 year olds) play in the Alaska District 2 Tournament at Ketchikan, beginning tomorrow. The best-of-five series against Ketchikan runs through Sunday. The winner does not advance to another tournament.

       The GCLL Majors Softball All Stars won the District 2 Championship at Ketchikan last week and will face Palmer in the Alaska Little League State Tournament best-of-five series in Anchorage, Thursday through Sunday, with a chance to advance to Regionals in San Bernardino, California (July 23-29) and the World Series in Greenville, North Carolina (August 10-15).
